It's impossible to get someone on the telephone,your advisior can care less and offers you the wrong classes,I got the wrong grade once and it took a year to fix,my finacnial aid was not proceesed...I can go on and on. I am the chair for an association of military wives and we have had many of the same complaints. I have even had instructors/counselors/advisors tell me there are more students than there are staff. We are like catte and the just want to usher in a lot of students without proper guidence to get the money. DON'T DO IT. There are many schools that are easier to deal with.
