Where You'll Incur the Most and Least Debt
In their 2008 graduate school report, U.S. News and World Report compiled numbers from 2006 graduates of MBA schools around the nation to determine what programs have students with the most and the least debt after graduation. Below are the top five schools from each end of the spectrum:
University of Chicago
James Madison University
New Mexico State University
University of Vermont
East Tennessee State University
While some of the incurred debt results from whether or not the schools offer part-time or full-time programs, much of it lies in the amount of tuition as well as the intensity of the program.
